Kiwi chef Jeff Tyler whips up handmade gyoza and a range of colourful Asian-inspired salads and snacks in this tiny (15-seater) operation in Mayfair’s picturesque Shepherds Market. Titu opened today (Monday 19 March) serving a pared-back menu will offer a selection of mains and desserts, as well as breakfast options, focusing on high-quality ingredients and quick service.
Gyoza flavours include Wagyu Beef & Black Pepper, Spicy Prawn and Asparagus & Shitake and will change seasonally. Snacks include: Crispy Chicken Wings, Crunchy Prawns and Baby Squid, Soft Shell Crab Salad and Tonka Bean Beignet.
Open early morning from Monday-Friday, Titu’s breakfast offering includes gluten free Green Tea Pancakes and Ouef à la Coque, Asparagus Soldiers and Watercress. All dishes are also available for take-away.
