Dev Biswal, the chef who champions ‘curry free’ Indian food at The Ambrette restaurants in Margate and Rye – which inspire many very positive survey reports – has plans to expand his business across the South East.
In an interview with Restaurant Magazine, the restaurateur said he has two new sites opening this year, in Canterbury and Birchington-on-Sea, and entertains hopes of his first foray into London before long. Biswal’s empire also has its eye on a further two potential sites in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks.
