Housed within the Beeb’s old Kensington House building, the K West Hotel and restaurant has always had great potential as an elegant dining destination. Perhaps now, with the appointment of a new and very young (25-year-old) head chef, Rhiannon Ball, it will realise some of that potential.
Ball is one of the UK’s youngest head chefs and is a rising culinary star. Fronting the kitchen at the newly re-launched Studio Bar & Kitchen at K West she is in charge of a team of eight male chefs. You go girl!
Ball says she is looking forward to revamping Studio Kitchen’s menu – we’re looking forward to it too.
