Outlaw’s eponymous restaurant at the St Endoc Hotel in Rock, Cornwall, was voted fourth best in the UK in our 2014 guide, and now he wants to share his pearls of wisdom in a new book, Fish Kitchen. The cookbook contains over 70 fantastic fish recipes and tips on how to prepare and cook seafood properly.
