Sweet-of-tooth? There’s a new opening in Soho that will definitely tickle your fancy. Pudding Bar, just launched in Greek Street, lets you skip the starter and main course and go straight for a dessert. A café occupies the ground floor while upstairs is a dining room taking bookings for dessert and wine pairings.
The establishment has a curiously appropriate neighbour in the form of Maison Bertaux – the idiosyncratic Gallic pâtissserie of long standing that’s still among the best in town.
Pudding Bar is brought to us by pastry chef Laura Hallwood (previously of the Savoy and Gordon Ramsay group).
