The Corinthia Hotel London, just off Trafalgar Square, has made two key senior appointments within the hotel’s food & beverage department. Benjamin Hofer joins Corinthia (which includes the “sumptuous” Massimo and “beautifully appointed” Northall restaurants) as Director of Food & Beverage. His background spans both five star hotels and collaborations with top chefs – including Hotel Café Royal London (2016-17), Fera at Claridge’s (2014-15), Viajante at Town Hall Hotel in Shoreditch with chef Nuno Mendes (2013-14) and The Berkeley (2011-13).
Daniele Quattromini has taken on the role of Operations Manager at The Northall, the hotel’s British restaurant, bar and private dining room, with Head Chef Ewan Simpson. Previously Daniele was Food & Beverage Manager at Cliveden House in Berkshire (2016-17), where he was responsible for the André Garrett restaurant, The Astor Grill, afternoon tea rooms and events.
Housed within a Victorian building, Corinthia Hotel London features 294 rooms, including 40 suites and seven penthouses, offering sweeping views across London’s most popular landmarks. The Northall restaurant, serving the best in British produce throughout the day is perfect “if you want somewhere with understated class in which to do business”, while Massimo Restaurant & Bar is a “simply stunning” Italian dining room (designed by David Collins). The Garden Lounge offers all-day dining options in an al fresco (also David Collins Studio designed) garden landscape, and a comprehensive cigar and spirits menu for late night entertaining.
