A new restaurant from chef Kimberley Hernandez will launch in Chiswick in October.
Hernandaz brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked as head chef at XU and Andrew Wong’s Kym’s, and this will be her first solo venture.
An announcement said: “Kimberley will serve a contemporary, seasonal menu from breakfast through to dinner, reflective of her Michelin background and years working at some of London’s top restaurants, but in a relaxed and welcoming setting.”
It went on: “Founder Tim Price (who trained at Leith’s) and restaurant manager, Edward Allsopp (previously general manager at Wild by Tart), hope The Silver Birch will become part of the fabric of the Chiswick community, a true neighbourhood hub.”
