Lee Skeet, former head chef at Hedone, will take up a four week residency at Hackney Empire’s Stage 3 this July. Following a stint at Marylebone’s Carousel in April, and a three day pop-up in Brixton, this is his first solo venture.
Although most recently heading up the kitchen at Chiswick’s “truly staggering” Scandi-esque favourite, Hedone, Skeet has also worked under Marcus Wareing and Tom Aikens after beginning his career at Gordon Ramsey at Claridges.
The focus of his Stage 3 pop-up will be fish, brought to London daily from Cornwall and Skeet’s native Devon. Tickets for the four course set menu are £38 and available via Billetto.
The event runs Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 8 July-1 August.
