The King’s Cross development, now the largest urban renewal area in Europe, is fast becoming a destination for dining. The project includes Granary Square which houses Grain Store, Caravan and soon Dishoom, and now we hear that Vinoteca will open an outpost at nearby One Pancras Square.
This will be the fifth London restaurant for the ”always-packed” wine bar group, which already has sites in Marylebone, Farringdon, Soho and Chiswick.
Founded by Charlie Young and Brett Woonton, Vinoteca pulls off that rare trick – the offering of a ”a stunning wine list with fair mark-ups” (and they are available by the glass too).
