Inca, a new high-end South American restaurant/nightclub, opens this weekend (30 October) in Argyll Street, Soho, with live shows on stage from midnight and a late licence until 4am from Wednesdays.
Occupying the former site of nightclub Toy Room, Inca can seat 170 guests and has been created by a team who worked together at Sumosan Twiga, the Russian-owned Italian/Japanese hybrid in Sloane Street – including head chef Davide Alberti.
The menu runs from ceviche and tiradito to black cod and steaks cooked on an asado grill, including wagyu at £175 and T-bone at £200 a pop. For those seeking still higher levels of exclusivity, a VIP area and a private dining room are also available.
