Ahead of the launch of her American diner, Stax Carnaby, Bea (Bea’s of Bloomsbury) Vo will hold a four day Louisiana-style Crawfish Boil at the restaurant’s new Soho premises. There will be mountains of spicy, cajun food – but be warned – no plates or cutlery.
The pop-up will take place from 7-10 June at Stax Carnaby in Kingly Court (just off Carnaby Street). Tickets are £27.50/head for all-you-can-eat crawfish, sauces, butters, sides and dessert. Drinks are not included.
There’s an early-bird special of £23/head for those booking the 6:30pm sitting. The second sitting starts at 8.45pm. Tickets are available here.
