One of the capital’s most respected Italian restaurants marks 25 years in business in May. Enoteca Turi, a fixture in our London guide since 1995, has been serving up “first-class regional cooking” plus “a massive selection of carefully chosen Italian wines” for a quarter of a century.

To help celebrate their 25 year milestone, the duo have just appointed a new head chef, Michele Blasi (formerly of the celebrated Sadler’s in Milan).
Dishes include Taleggio filled ravioli with baby spinach, butter and walnuts and Organic pork chop with fennel, Swiss chard caponatina and crisp belly.
