Handmade pizzas and more than 80 ciders, sourced from the West Country, will be on offer when The Stable opens its doors in Whitechapel on 21 April. This will be the 14th venue for the popular restaurant chain, founded in Dorset in 2009, and its first site in London.
The Stable, owned by Nikki and Richard Cooper, champions high quality, seasonal ingredients, and is a Mecca for cider lovers.
The London restaurant will takeover a former night club on Whitechapel Road. Inside diners can expect long communal tables, stripped back decor, and an open kitchens (natch). As with The Stable’s other venues there’s no table service, guests order at the bar.
Whitechapel will host regular music nights, and the popular Tuck In Tuesday – with selected pizzas, side salad and a drink for £10. The Stable can also be found in Bath, Bristol, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Falmouth, Fistral, Winchester, Weymouth, Winchester, Plymouth, Southampton and Poole.
